We send you a full design proof showing exactly how the monument will look — lettering, artwork, dimensions, and finish — before any cutting begins. Changes are free.
Once you approve the proof, we cut, sandblast, and finish the stone in our own studio. You are not waiting on a distant manufacturer.
We deliver to the cemetery and set the monument ourselves. We do not hand it off to a third party. If anything needs adjustment, we come back.
